OUR STORY
HOW WE GOT HERE
We didn't start Cheeky Burger because we thought we could throw a patty on a grill and call it a day. We started because we'd eaten smashburgers everywhere, across Australia, overseas, wherever we could find one worth the drive and kept thinking the same thing: someone needs to bring the best of all of that to Sydney.
So that's what we set out to do. Every part of our burgers are the result of that. From the way we smash our patties, the toast off the bun, the crinkle-cut fries over straight (more crunch, more edges, more sauce-holding power), to the sauces made in-house because the bottled stuff never held up.
It's still a family operation and we're still running the show. It means your food's cooked by people who'll remember your usual, not a system that spits out a ticket number. 100% halal, made fresh, no shortcuts! Because we know exactly what a great smashburger is supposed to taste like, and we're never serving anything less.
