WHO WE ARE
Cheeky Burger is a smash burger restaurant at 1 Gregory Hills Drive, Gledswood Hills NSW 2557. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Cheeky Burger.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), enquiry type and message.
- Careers form: your name, phone number, email, preferred location, anything you tell us about yourself, and your resume if you attach one.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To assess your job application and contact you about it.
- To send you news and specials, if you signed up. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We will not use your details for anything else without asking you first.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Only Cheeky Burger staff who need to respond to you can see your details.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- General enquiries: up to 12 months after we last hear from you.
- Job applications and resumes: up to 6 months, or for the length of your employment if you join the team.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
OTHER SERVICES ON THIS SITE
Some parts of this site are provided by other companies, which may receive your IP address and basic browser information when you use them: Google Maps (the map on our home page), Google Fonts (our lettering), and UberEats (if you click through to order delivery). Their own privacy policies apply.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Send your request through our contact form and choose "Other". We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we handled your details, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
